Kehakaalust



Kõige pealt ütlen igaks juhuks ära, et mis on kehkaal, et tähenärijad närimismaterjali ei saaks.
Kehakaal ≠ Keha kaal
Kehakaal = Keha mass

Eile ronisin kaalu peale ja kaal näitas mulle 101kg. Villu Reiljan ütleks, et pole paha!
Aga arvutasin kehamassi indeksi, milleks sain 31. Uurisin selle numbri kohta internetist natuke andmeid:

Ideally, see your doctor and consider reducing your weight by 5-10 percent. Such a weight reduction will result in considerable health improvements.

Tuleb välja, et ma ei tohigi sporti teha, enne kui perearsti käest luba olemas on! Ja igasugused haigused on ka küljes...ainult sellest ma ei saa aru, miks enesetunne nii hea on!? Hetkel otsustasin arsti vältida ja oma tarkusest edasi treenida.

Aga nagu esimeselt pildilt näha võib, siis ma otsustasin 10 kuni 11 kilo alla võtta, et lihtsam joosta oleks. Kaalujälgijatega liituda pole plaanis ja eridieete ka pidama ei hakka. Lihtsalt söön 4 korda päevas iga 3-4 tunni järel. LIHTNE!
